Once you enter the amount, the bot will instantly calculate how much exchanged cryptocurrency you will get. We display an approximate number because the rates may change during the swap, but rest assured – we will do our best to send you that precise amount.

Step 4: Enter the recipient address. This is the wallet where you want to receive the swapped crypto.

Step 5: Confirm the exchange. We will show you the details of the swap: what currencies you are exchanging, how much, and to what address. If everything is correct, click “Confirm”.

Step 6: Deposit funds. You will see the deposit address where we will ask you to send the crypto so we can exchange it. Go to your crypto wallet, send the required amount to the address provided by the bot, and you will receive the swapped coins in just a few minutes!

Checking transaction status

The screenshot above shows that once you’ve confirmed the exchange details, you will receive the Transaction ID and a command to check the status of your swap. Normally, we process an exchange in about 5 minutes, so in most cases, you won’t need these tools. Nevertheless, they are here for you if the swap is delayed or you are wondering about the status of your exchange. To learn it in one tap, hit the status command:

“Waiting” means we haven’t received your crypto yet. Please keep in mind that some blockchains are not as fast as we would like them to be: for example, a Bitcoin transaction can take up to 10 minutes. For more details on your swap, click the link provided in the message.

The bot automatically checks the status of transactions created in the last 3 hours, and once it changes, the bot will let you know by sending a push notification. You can always check your transaction status with the /status_[Transaction ID] command or by contacting our support team. Click the “Support Info” button and write us an email with a short description of the problem and your Transaction ID.
